Updates and diagnostics

Verify signed updates and diagnose Cortex CLI safely.

Standalone updates require a signed, non-expired manifest and verified artifact. Use --channel stable|candidate only when your organization permits that channel. --rollback restores the retained verified version; anti-rollback policy can prevent an unsafe downgrade.

doctor checks configuration, credentials, connectivity, proxy and CA settings without printing secrets. Reliability telemetry is content-free, bounded and opt-in: manage it with telemetry enable|disable|flush.

When asking for support, include the CLI version, sanitized diagnostic result, request ID and time. Exclude tokens, prompts, source and attachment contents.
