Verify changes and runtime behavior before a result is treated as ready.
Cortex discovers relevant project validation commands, then can run focused tests, lint, type checks, builds, formatting or static analysis using the capabilities of the selected execution surface.
Cortex Cloud extends this with managed build and test, runtime health checks, bounded runtime security assessment and release-grade evidence. Results stay bound to the tested revision.
Unavailable tools, skipped checks and partial results remain visible. Cortex does not present “no relevant validation discovered” as a passing test, and an older validation result does not certify a newer revision.
