Review a pull request

Run and triage Cortex review against the exact pull-request head.

  1. Open a pull request in a repository connected through the GitHub App. Its base branch must be in AI Code Review: Allowed branches.
  2. Cortex reads the changed files at the current head revision and scans that revision.
  3. If findings are present, review the summary comment, Overall Risk label, and any inline suggestions.
  4. Apply or request a fix, validate the new revision, and request another review after the head changes.

To request a review from the pull request, comment /pervaziv-ai review. Use /pervaziv-ai help to show the supported bot commands.

A prior result does not cover a new commit. Use the supported review command when a new review is needed after updates.

Dismiss a finding only with a recorded reason and supporting evidence; do not treat a model explanation alone as proof that a finding is false.
