Plans and entitlements

Your plan and organization policy determine which products, clients, models, connectors, Cloud targets, research features, automations and API operations are available. A feature can also require a compatible client or administrator enablement.

Use the Console subscription area for the current plan, usage and eligible upgrades. The client capability list is authoritative for the current signed-in session; marketing descriptions do not override it.

If a capability is absent after a plan change, sign out and back in to refresh the entitlement, then ask an administrator to verify the assigned organization and policy.
